Pat Neely’s Pineapple Wine Spritzer
This refreshing cocktail comes from the King of BBQ, Pat Neely, and is a fantastic start to a meal—like Pat’s BBQ-Blackened Catfish with Garlic Spinach—or a delightful brunch cocktail. Any white wine will do, but Pat recommends a Sauvignon Blanc.
Pineapple Wine Spritzer
4 ounces white wine, chilled
1/2 cup pineapple juice
2 ounces club soda, chilled
4 pineapple wheels, for garnish
1. In a wine glass filled with ice, add 1 ounce wine and 2 tablespoons juice. Stir in 1 ounce club soda and garnish with 1 pineapple wheel. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
