Malted Chocolate Punch Cups
Makes six (6-ounce) servings
¼ cup heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
2/3 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons sugar
6 tablespoons malted milk powder
9 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Whipped cream, for serving
Strawberries or raspberries, for serving (optional)
Candy corn, for serving (optional)
1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, whisk together heavy cream, milk, mayonnaise, sugar, and malted milk powder; bring to a simmer whisking constantly.
2. Remove saucepan from heat and add chocolate chips; stir until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract and carefully pour mixture into 6 (6-ounce) punch or tea cups. Transfer cups to refrigerator and chill until set, about 2 hours. Serve topped with whipped cream and berries or candy corn, if desired.
