Clay Warner, a high school senior from Polk City, IA, was born premature at just 23 weeks, has cerebral palsy, and is legally blind. A member of his high school basketball team, Clay usually cheers his teammates from the sidelines and doesn’t get to play. One day, however, Clay was put into the game and took his first shot ever – and sunk it!
