Jonathan Bennett’s ‘Mean Girls’-Inspired Cocktail!

Jonathan Bennett shows his sweeter side in The Burn Cookbook: An Unofficial Unauthorized Cookbook for Mean Girls Fans with this tropical and nonalcoholic drink recipe. We love to serve it in a hollowed-out pineapple for extra pizzazz, but a glass will do just fine in a pinch.

Half a Virgin Piña Colada
Serves 1

Ingredients

1/2 banana, peeled
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1 cup canned full-fat coconut milk
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup crushed ice
Pineapple slice, for serving
Edible flowers, for garnish

Directions

1. In the base of a blender, add banana, pineapple chunks, coconut milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, and ice. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and serve with the pineapple slice, edible flowers, an umbrella, and a straw, if desired.
