Dr. Travis Stork’s Spinach Onion Hummus Dip

Spinach-Onion Hummus Dip
Serves 4

Ingredients

2 cups fresh spinach
2 cups canned chickpeas, drained
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons tahini
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped

Directions

1. In the bowl of food processor, add spinach, chickpeas, olive oil, garlic, tahini, and lemon. Process until smooth. Sprinkle with chives before serving.
