Celery Juice: Boost Your Energy and Get Rid of Inflammation with This Trendy Drink

Celery Juice Blend
Makes about 24 ounces
1 bunch of celery, trimmed
2 to 3 green apples, halved
2 lemons or limes (or mixture), skin and pith removed
1 (1/2-inch) knob ginger
1 cucumber, optional
1 jalapeño, thinly sliced for garnish
1. Using a juicer, juice celery, apples, lemons, ginger, and cucumber, if using. Pour mixture into glasses and garnish with jalapeños.
Celery Juice Spritz
1 jalapeño, quartered
1 1/2 to 2 ounces vodka
16 ounce Celery Juice Blend (see above for recipe)
Thin jalapeño slices
2 lemon slices
1. In the base of a cocktail shaker, muddle 2 jalapeño quarters. Add ice, vodka, and juice. Shake until cold. Strain into two rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with thinly sliced jalapeños and 1 lemon slice.
