Recipe: Cat Cora’s Mango Margaritas

½ cup cubed mango
¾ cup tequila
½ cup triple sec
½ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
4 cups crushed ice
2 tablespoons superfine sugar
4 large chunks of mango
4 thin slices of lime
4 seedless grapes
1. Make margaritas: Place mango in the jar of a blender; blend until pureed. Add tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and crushed ice; blend until smooth.
2. Place sugar in a small, shallow dish. Run lime wedges along the rim of each margarita glass. Dip rim of each glass into sugar. Carefully divide margarita mixture evenly among each prepared glass.
3. Make garnish: Thread 4 small wooden skewers each with 1 mango chunk, 1 slice of lime, and 1 grape. Place one garnish in each margarita and serve.
